About the project map and database
The data center projects, moratoriums, and organizations shown on this site are compiled by volunteers from public records, government meeting materials, and news reporting. We work to keep it accurate and we note where each item came from, but proposals change quickly and public records are not always complete or current.
Do not rely on this site as the official record of anything. Before you act on a project's status, a moratorium's dates, or any other detail here, confirm it with the county, city, town, or village involved.
If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, please tell us.

Anything Build Wisconsin Better posts on social media is general information. It is not specific to any person's situation and it is not legal advice.

Build Wisconsin Better is a nonpartisan organization and we intend to keep our accounts that way. We also ask that you do not post other people's personal information, and that you do not use our accounts for advertising.
We cannot guarantee that anything in the comments on our accounts is accurate or complete, and we are not responsible for comments left by others or for the sites they link to. We may remove posts that fall outside these guidelines.
Who we are and how donations are treated
Build Wisconsin Better is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions... yet. Build Wisconsin Better 501(c)(3) is on its way.
We are a nonpartisan community resource. We are not affiliated with any political party, campaign, or corporation.
